电气原理：
主控表进行全过程控温，按原先设定好的程序来控制工作室内温度,如果温度控制系统出故障,使得工作室温度持续升高,当工作室温度上升至二级机械保护设定值时,保持系统立即动作,切断加热控制,并发出声,光报警信号。设备采用电源,鼓风连锁控制,即电源启动鼓风即启动。设备具有恒温定时功能,时间到自动切断加热,鼓风继续并发出声光报警,并带有输出断偶提示。
