JWT型焊接式液压阀门测试台，以两边主机架上的密封盘和焊接阀门内孔为定位，焊接阀门坡口为密封。由该机的移动机架来夹紧焊接阀门两端破口平面进行实验工作。左向机架和密封盘为固定装置，右向设有移动机架来活动，根据被试阀门的距离进行调节，对被测阀门无附加影响测试结果的外力，符合国家标准规定的阀门测试要求。
本机结构大体可分为液压系统、机械结构、电器控制等系统组成。分左右机架、移动机架、液动供压装置及介质循环水箱系统等部件组成。工件压紧是用移动机架油缸直接驱动来实现的，压紧可靠。右向移动机架可根据被试阀门长短距离进行调节，并具有性能好，结构简单等特点。该机配有低压水泵和高压液动供压水泵装置。
