货物出口到IRAQ 申请CoC的流程

1）   请填写申请表格“ RFC Iraq.doc”。（需填写完整的进出口商名称地址信息，并填写确切的货物进入伊拉克的港口或边境信息，申请表需签名盖章）

2） 务必提供商业发票或形式发票，装箱单，产品的测试报告。
3）以上文件审核通过后，会出具费用单供完成付款以便尽快安排现场检验

4）验货完成后，客户提供最终文件(最终的装箱单和商业发票，提单或其他运输单据COPY,和装载申明)以便安排证书操作；

Product designation.
Model number or type reference.
The symbol for CLASS II, if applicable.
Nature of supply.
Rated supply voltage.
Frequency.
Rated current or power consumption.
Country of manufacture.
 
The labeling should be at packaging AND products itself with same parameter                      
The instruction manual should be at least in understandable ARABIC language
