我相信很多卖家已经做足了充分的准备来迎战速卖通第3个双十一的到来。那这个时候，我们是否就可以懈怠，只是静静的等待双十一当天猛烈的订单。倒数48小时，我们一样需要查漏补缺。
以下便是速卖通卖家双十一前必做的八项查漏补缺工作：
1、热销品查漏补缺，二次补货
虽然我们10月份已经第一次备货，这个时候还是要对热销品进行查漏补缺。4-10号整个平台不打折，购物车，收藏夹的添加数量体现了产品的受欢迎程度，我们可以从商品分析查看热销品添加收藏和购物车的数量的 变化，以此来预估双十一可以售卖的数量。
2、制作自定义模块，让整个店铺充满双十一的氛围
制作详情页自定义模块，放置全店所有产品的顶端，单营造双十一氛围。修改产品自定义模块只要几个小时就会生效。还没设置的赶紧行动吧！
3、准备好大促订单留言回复,，下单后催款
3.1. 未付款（或问是否有货）

4、双十一之后会产生大量的包裹，雇请临时人员，如有海外仓，需与海外仓人员紧密配合，避 免延迟发货，增加客户体验。
5、制定双十一直通车推广计划
双十一期间特别注意
8.3. 潜力新品，近期数据表现好，大促带来订单，为后面的打造爆款做基础。
查漏补缺，为时不晚，大家快快行动吧。最后祝大家双十一订单多多，美金多多。
5.1. 明确推广目的
5.1.1. 自然排名靠边的产品注意控制展示位
5.1.2. 不要推11.11性价比不大的产品
5.2. 优化好要推广产品，做好关联，带动店铺其他产品的销售
5.3. 确保直通车余额充足
6、避免产品侵权所带来的店铺风险和销量下降，这个时间被投诉关店一定是一件伤心欲绝的事情。特别提醒：被同一供应商投诉两次平台会扣分处理，扣分严重濒临关店的店铺，需找出所有相关产品进行下架处理，避免带来账号风险。
7、设置限时限量
由于双十一全店打折锁定后，发布的新品将不能参与双十一当天的折扣。排查店铺中没有打标的产品，设置双十一限时限量，使产品十一当天能够参与折扣。现在行动一定还来得及。
8、设置橱窗
现在橱窗的加权是非常大的。排名可以到类目热搜词的首页或者前几页。选择的产品：
8.1. 店铺爆品就不要选择了，已经各有好的排名了
8.2. 近期购物车多，转化率高，但是关键词排名不靠前的产品（要确定这个产品是不是含油热门搜索词，是不是热卖的类，如果是销售额占比很小的类，顶上去受众也不会很大），顶上去带来的收益如何？
