This Chardonnay has been made by blending carefully selected parcels form two prominent regions with in the premiere wine state of South Australia. The Fleurieu Peninsual produces elegant wines, with crisp acidity and fine balance. The River land component adds fruit fullness and richness. Blended together in equal quantities, the finished wine displays peach and melon like characters on the nose and palate, and juicy fruit on the palate, and finishes clean and refreshing.
