This wine is a unique blend of Cabernet and Shiraz from our Estate. With outstanfing individual varietal characters of each variety, it displays excellent complexity. Being in French and American barrels for 12 months, this wine shows great colour which is deep red, with black cherry and raspberry notes on both the nose and palate. The palate is soft and fruity with fleshy tannins providing structure and depth, and a long and generous finish.
