This is another great vintage for our estate grown Barossa Shiraz, which has the hallmark characters like intense colour and flavor, an abundance of dark chocolate, plum and spice. After maturing in barrels for 24 months, this wine is deep red in colour, which lifted ripe plum and dark chocolate on the nose. The tannins are silky soft and integrated to provide structure depth and length to the finish. Whilst immensely drinkable to improve through to 2028.
