酿造此葡萄果实来自教堂山的葡萄园。树龄有60多年，并且是产量很低，橡木桶中蕴藏了18个月。酒色红色中带紫，有光泽，微辣，带有樱桃的芬芳，口感上单宁柔软，后味悠长。The fruit this wine was sourced from the Waite Family Estate Vineyards on Chapel Hill Road. The vines were planted 60 years ago and are traditional dry grown bush-vines. They were low yielding and following harvest, mininmal oak and intervention by the winemaker ensued. This resulted in a mid-red/ purple hue with a white pepper and spiced cherry aroma and palate, the wine finishes with soft Grenache tannins.
