This 2009 Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon delivers rich dark fruit aromas of blackberry and mint, with fresh tight flavours of summer fruits, mocha and cedar. The wine has been matured for 18-24 months in French and American oak hogsheads to further soften while adding structure and complexity.
