夏季,温度升高,蛋鸡由于应激反应,蛋壳品质会下降会,这样的情况,我们首先考虑到钙的蛋鸡体内存留时间对蛋壳质量的影响,在日粮钙含量达到理论标准时,还必须保证钙质饲料的颗粒度(8~12 目为好),使之适宜于鸡吸收利用。
实验证明:采用含钙3.5%~4%的全粉料日粮,鸡食后钙在体内存留量仅为50%。由于蛋壳一般是黄昏时开始沉积,这样鸡在夜间根本得不到足够的钙质补充,这就是为什么长时间饲喂全粉料日粮时,蛋壳质量普遍较差的原因。可采用下午3时以后补充占日粮1%~1.5%的钙粉粒加以克服。
当然钙只能起到一部分左右,更重要的是要在蛋鸡饲料中添加能够从过根本上解决蛋壳质量问题的中草药来调节。
