Cockfighter’s Ghost Langhorne Creek Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 is dark red to black in colour. The wine has lifted dark chocolate, mint and ripe plum aromas. Ripe blackcurrant, blueberry and mocha flavours can be found on the palate supported by soft vanillin oak. This is a rich, yet elegant cabernet sauvignon which will continue to improve for up to ten years if cellared in optimum conditions. Its is ideally suited to hearty red meat dishes including rare roast beef or lamb, grilled sausages and mash, or try with a mushroom risotto.
