板式家具发霉解决方案

根据我司防霉工程师至板式家具厂实地现场进行考查，依据板式家具材料结构加工工艺，结合艾浩尔系列防霉产品之功效，建议按照以下流程处理，可有效防止板式家具制品受潮、霉变的问题，确保板式家具安全运送到国内外客人手中。
According our mildewproof engineers went to panel furniture
factory, observed and studyed the structure material and processing technology of panel furniture,we found venders could treat mildew problem by following methods which can prevent damping and mildewing for panel furniture,and clould ship safety product for forign clients.
材料控制Warehouse control
1、胶水、水性涂料特别是环保胶水和环保水性涂料，在使用前必须在胶水、涂料里面添加1%的胶水专用防霉抗菌剂iHeir-JS，以免为细菌提供了营养源，引起微生物的繁殖。No.1 Glue ,waterborne coatings ,especially the environmental glue and coating must add 1% of iHeir-JS Gluewater Anti-mold Agent which is dedicated for prevent bacterials from growing.
3、密度板、中纤板、木材应该控制湿度，建议将木材的湿度控制在12%以下，产品表面未做油漆处理的，需在产品表面上用毛刷刷上一层竹木防霉抗菌剂iHeir-JP，木材表面有做油漆，在油漆里面添加1%的iHeir-YQ油漆专用防霉抗菌剂（环保原因，现在的油漆没有添加任何防腐杀菌药剂），抑止霉菌、细菌等微生物的生长。No.3It must control the humidity of density board, MDF and wood .It’s recomemded control under 12% of humidity.If didn’t painted on the surface with paint, should brush with wool on the surface of Bamboo /wood Anti-mold Agent iHeir -JP.If the surface need to painted that recommend adding 1% of iHeir -YQ Paint Anti-Mold Agent(As for environmental for nature and human,today the paint does not add any agent to mould and antibacteria.),which prevents the growth of mold, bacteria and other microbes.
4、在成品各个表面放置Dc.odorban防霉贴，包装成品的纸皮、塑料袋应该保持干净整洁，建议将湿度控制在12%以下，包装时将纸皮、塑料袋尽可能的全部包装到工艺制品，使其相对密闭，Dc.odorban防霉贴通过释放抗菌因子在密闭的空间里杀死细菌和抑制细菌生长，使其达到防霉抗菌效果。注：产品依其规格大少进行适当放置Dc.odorban防霉贴数量的增减。No.4Put Dc.odorban anti-mold chipson surface of finished products.Keep paper and plastic bags who is used for pakage for peoducts clean ,the humidity should control under 12%.When packaging,it has better to cover the craftworks completely.Dc.odorban chips kills bacterials and mold by releaseing anti-mold factors which has good effect to prevent mold growing.Note:According its specifications of products to place Dc.odorban chips properly.
5、在板式家具成品包装袋里面放置H-10防霉干燥包，使其达到降低产品因受潮霉变的风险。No.5Put some H-4 anti-mold desiccants in packaging bag would reduce the risk of mildew.
二、仓库控制TWO Warehouse control
1竹编制品及木、藤、芒、葵、草等以及成品不要直接堆在地板上，应使用栈板隔开，且离墙体＞10CM。No.1Bamboo products and wood, rattan, fern, kwai, grass, etc, these finished products shouldn’t pile up on the floor but should use pallets to separate,and far away from wall about 10 centimeter.
2.材料仓、成品仓应每月进行一次杀菌处理，结合贵司实际情况，首先保持地面的清洁卫生，面料、包材、成品仓开始头三个月每月一次，三个月后每三个月一次进行杀菌处理，用iHeir-Spray杀菌剂5%加到地拖水中拖地一次（注：梅雨季节应每月一次）。
3.材料仓、成品仓库因注意通风，当室外的湿度大于室内湿度，关闭门窗，反之打开门窗，记录湿度、温度变化，如果潮湿季节室内相对湿度≥80%。应安装抽湿设备或加放仓库专用杀菌包，以降低产品受潮霉变的风险。No.3Let air circulates in materials warehouse and finished products warehouse.When the outdoor humidity is greater than indoor humidity, close the doors and windows.If oppositely,open the windows and doors, record the change of the humidity and temperature.If relative humidity is over 80% during Meiyu season,should install moisture-removal equipment or put some antimicrobial desiccants in warehouse,which reduce the risk of mildew for products.
三、集装箱结合控制THREE Control and prevention for container to mould
检查通风孔及密封设施是否完好，是否渗漏变形。
集装箱应该清洁、无油污、无异味，为避免交叉感染。在装柜前30分集装箱内喷杀菌剂iHeir-Spray（每柜500g/支），然后关上集装箱门密闭15分钟，然后打开透气15分钟后再进行装柜。
装货后，为避免海洋运输气候变化引起的（“集装箱雨”）潮气，在集装箱内壁悬挂集装箱防霉棒，每间隔2-3M/条。
