长螺旋打桩机施工材料和质量要求
（一）水泥
1．根据工程特点、所处环境以及设计、施工的要求，选用强度等级为32.5 以上的水泥。
2．施工前，对所用水泥应检验其初终凝时间、安定性和强度，作为生产控制和进行配合比设计的依据。必要时，应检验水泥的其他性能。
3．水泥应按规定堆放在防雨、防潮的水泥库内。如因储存不当引起质量明显下降或水泥出厂超过三个月时，应在使用前对其质量进行复验，并按复验结果使用。
（二）褥垫层材料
褥垫层材料宜用中砂、粗砂、碎石或级配砂石等。粒径不宜大于 30mm。不宜选用卵石，卵石咬合力差，施工扰动容易使褥垫层厚度不均匀。
