介绍:
PP塑料机器的设计大部份皆像注射针筒，螺杆带动的挤压力量都会在小小出口造成巨大压力，提高生产效率。当模头设计为平面时如何让原料平均分布整个面上，衣架模头的设计就十分重要，讲究的压出机会增加鱼鳃式帮浦稳定原料供应量。
PP射出模具除了浇道浇口灌注原料外，也有冷却水道冷却原料设计。压出成型则靠滚轮内冷却水道来达成冷却效果，除外也有风刀，冷却水直接淋在吹袋上，以及中空吹气等冷却方式。
PP成品再加工延伸会增强效果，例如打包带靠前后滚轮带动速率不一即造成延伸效果，成品配向延伸部份抗张拉力加强不易撕断，但横向就极容易撕开。分子量分布也会影响高速生产时的延伸效果，所有压出成品包括纤维都有不等的延伸，真空及压空成型也可视为延伸的另一种形式。
