说明：当启动过程完成时，内置触点便会闭合；而停车信号发出时，内置触点便会打开。

软起动结束，旁路接触器闭合，使软起动器退出运行，直至停车时，再次投入，这样即延长了软起动器的寿命，又使电网避免了谐波污染，还可减少软起动器中的晶闸管发热损耗。

由于PSS系列软启动器没有内置电子过载保护器（PST/PSTB系列已经内置），需要在主回路增加热继电器实现过载保护功能，随时跟踪检测电机电流的变化状况。过载时，关断晶闸管并发出报警信号。
