1.助人为乐 ：指乐于帮助别人，或者说把帮助别人当做乐事。也有人说，助人为乐是指帮助人就是快乐，就会有快乐的回报。助人为乐无疑是一种美德。有人认为是最基本的传统美德，表现了一种精神。有人认为：助人为乐不仅是一种美德，助人是快乐之本，助人是人格升华的标志。成人之美 就是一种助人为乐。它们都含有奉献精神，不计报酬、不讲条件，是我们要学习和发扬的传统美德。有的企业已将“成人之美”的行为，作为企业的一项永续经营的事业来看 ，认为每一位职工都要掌握。助人要从日常小事做起，不要因为是小事就不去做了。俗话说：“勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为。”现代化建设、和谐社会都需要助人为乐的精神。

2. 谅解宽容：人与人之间少不了谅解，谅解是理解的一个方面，表现为体谅、容纳、接受，也是一种宽容。我国现代汉语词典中对宽容 的解释是：“宽大有气量，不计较或不追究。”《大英百科全书》 解释为：允许别人有行动和判断的自由，对不同于他自己或被普遍接受的方针或观点持有耐心而不带偏见的容忍。” 谅解是一种爱护、一种体贴、一种宽容、一种理解。
