1.从原料处理到点浆，与制作豆腐的过程相同。

2.压榨：将折叠好的豆腐脑放进压皮箱中进行压榨。在开始的3-4分钟，压力不要太大，带豆腐脑的泔水适当排出，豆腐干的表皮略有结皮后，在逐渐增加压力，继续排水，后紧压约15分钟。到豆腐干的含水量达到质量要时，全自动豆干机，即可放压脱榨。
