MSDS报告简介
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet)即化学品安全说明书，亦可译为化学品安全技术说明书或化学品安全数据说明书。
MSDS是化学品生产或销售企业按法律要求向客户提供的有关化学品特征的一份综合性法律文件。它提供化学品的理化参数、燃爆性能、对健康的危害、安全使用贮存、泄漏处置、急救措施以及有关的法律法规等十六项内容。
MSDS编写规范
符合美国 OSHA要求的MSDS应具备以下内容：
Section 1. Manufacture"s Name and ContactInformation 第一项：制造商和联系方法
Section 2. Hazardous Ingredients 第二项：危险化学品组分
Section 3. Physical/Chemical Characteristics 第三项：理化特性
Section 4. Fire and Explosion Hazard Data 第四项：燃烧与爆炸数据
Section 5. Reactivity Data 第五项：反应活性数据
Section 6. Health Hazard Data 第六项：健康危害数据
Section 7. Precautions for Safe Handling and Use 第七项：安全操作和使用方法
Section 8. Control Measure 第八项：防护方法
符合加拿大 WHMIS要求的MSDS应具备以下内容：
Section 1. Product and Company Information 第一项：产品名称和制造商信息
Section 2. Hazardous Ingredients 第二项：危险化学品组分
Section 3. Physical Data 第三项：物理特性
Section 4. Fire or Explosion Data 第四项：消防或燃爆数据
Section 5. Reactivity Data 第五项：反应活性数据
Section 6. Toxicological Properties 第六项：毒理学特性
Section 7. Preventative Measures 第七项：预防措施
Section 8. First Aid Measures 第八项：急救方法
Section 9. Preparation Information 第九项：编制信息
美国标准协会 ANSI以及国际标准机构ISO建议实行的MSDS内容：
Section 1. Chemical Product & Company Information 第一项：化学品名称和制造商信息
Section 2. Composition/Information on Ingredients 第二项：化学组成信息
Section 3. Hazards Identification 第三项：危害信息
Section 4. First Aid Measures 第四项：急救措施

Section 6. Accidental Release Measures 第六项：泄露应急处理
Section 7. Handling and Storage 第七项：操作和储存
