Product introduction
is a compound mould-proof & anti-bacteria product. Its appearance looks like non-drying glue,adopting natural paper pulp. The chip is coated with volatile mould coating.When paint -coating meets moist, the chip will release gas with mould-proof factor, which will fill the local space of the packaging box .After that, it will form a protective layer which can kill mould for the packaging box. If the box is opened or damaged, the gas of the mould-proof factor will drift.Therefore, Anti-mold Chip protects goods by this special gas who can prevent mould during transporting and storaging. We ensure our anti-mold chip will not leave residue for your product.

How to use
1. Use scissors to open along the top of the dotted line. Please remember do not cut the below of the valve bag, or you will not save mould-proof chips which is not used.
2. Pull a section of anti-mold chips and tear one piece to put into the packing box or the PE bag.
3. Cover the packing box or the PE bag quickly after storing anti-mold chips.
4. Please keep the unused chip in the aluminum foil bag and seal it.
5. It is suggested to use one piece every 0.02m3.
Notice:
1. The chip has special smell which is collected by mustard, and the smell releases from fast to slow. In the pro-phase ,the chip releases very fast and creates low bacteria environment quickly. However, in the later stage ,it releases slowly to stabilize the environment. There is no smell in 7 to 15 days. In other words, the product that arrives at the customer’s hand will have no fungus infection and peculiar smell. Please rest assured to use.
2. The chip’s efficacy in the pro-phase is very important, so our company suggests preparing operating box during use. As for long-term efficacy, factories do not worry about the workers not keeping the chips in time after using the chip.
3. Anti-mold Chip is used in the products that have relatively closed packing. If you have any questions ,please consult our engineer.
