Product introduction
iHeir-666(Waterborne Waterproof Agent) is an ordinary water/oil/fouling proof finish in fluorine system .It has many wonderful advantages, such as environmental for human and environment ,no APEO ( octane phenol polyoxyethylene ),no PFOS ,no PFOA ,non-inflammable ,nonvolatile ,and no acetone oxidation.It can be used below 150℃, but the higher the temperature ,the excellent the effect. It is suitable for fabric, non-woven fabric, paper and synthetic leather, and it has special usages in T/C,polyester, nylon, acrylic, N/C, C/N, P/C, P/NP and other synthetic fiber blends.After drying clean,waterproofing effects will persist. As for positive characteristics, it has good compatibility with other accessories.However,good physical properties can make it stable under the mechanical conditions, including high temperature , high pressure and high speed .It has a wide range of PH stability,but the weak acidity helps it absorb. It can maintain the waterproofing，grease proofing and anti-fouling for a long time,so it does not cause any influences.
How to use
Dosage: The recommended additive amount should be 2~3% of the weight of the fabric. As for cotton materials, the recommended additive amount is not yet announced.
Technology：Padding Technology
Adding rate: The added amount is 3-5% of the weight of the product.When the pick up ratio is 100%,please allocate the working solution should be 30g/l-50g/l;
Textile antibacterial finishing agent added in the trough should be mixed fully ;
One dip one roll; drying, baking and other processes should be unchanged;
Dyeing technology
Adding rate:The added amount is 2-3% of the weight of the product.
Mix fully when textile antibacterial finishing agent is added in.
It is necessary to test its compatibility with other textile auxiliary agents . It is recommended to add it after fixing.
Bath dyeing under 80℃-100℃,holding 20-30min.Other process is unchanged .
iHeir-666(Waterborne Waterproof Agent)can also be used for roll coating, foaming, blade coating technology.
Usage
1. It is suitable for all kinds of natural fibers(such as cotton, hemp, and wool), synthetic fibers (such as polyester, nylon fiber, polypropylene (p.p), Lycra elastic acrylic fiber (Rayon), acetate fiber, and glass fiber), and above of blended fabric, etc.
2. Men and women’s Lingerie & underwear
3. Sports shoes, casual shoes and various usages of hosiery.
4. Bedding products (sheets, blankets, bed sheet, bed sheet set , pillowcase, and carpet)
5. Leather and textile material of the sports shoes and casual shoes, and insole .
Packaging Specification
iHeir-666 Waterborne Waterproof Agent uses 25KG square blue plastic packaging for industry .Please put the product in a cool, dry place which is under a normal temperature, and keep away from children . Avoid contact with the mouth, nose, and eyes. If it contacts with the mouth, nose, and eyes, please rinse immediately with plenty of water.

This product belongs to the environmental product, but does not exclude individuals having allergic phenomenon, so we recommend you to use rubber gloves and masks when operating. If the skin contacts with the agent immodestly, please use soap water to clean.If the product drops into the eyes, please use water to wash immediately. If the condition is more severe , we suggest seeing a doctor immediately.
