iHeir-FP Antibacterial Foamer
Product introduction
In the special catalytic reaction conditions, macro-molecular polyethylene and organo-silicon quaternary ammonium salt synthesize the antimicrobial polymer, Antibacterial Foamer iHeir - FP. Compounding with nano materials under high temperature,the iHeir - FP is made successfully. Adding iHeir-FP will make products (such as plastic, rubber, and EVA products) have highly effective performance of broad spectrum antibacterial mould-proof .
The use scope
It is used for EVA, ABS, PMMA, PP, PE, PA and other general and engineering materials.It is also used to produce the production of antimicrobial materials, antibacterial materials appliance, antibacterial automotive interior, anti-bacterial food and drug packaging materials and anti-bacterial sanitary materials such as non-woven fabric, perforated film and other anti-bacterial products.
How to use
This product can be directly used to add the amount ofto the product in the application, according to the actual situation with a variety of dispersing agents and coupling agent to use.
Packaging specifications
iHeir-FP uses 25kg square blue plastic bucket(liquid) or 30kg barrel with polyethylene plastic bag, or it can be packed according to the requirements (powder). Please put the product in a cool, dry place which is under a normal temperature, and keep away from children . Avoid contact with the mouth, nose, and eyes. If it contacts with the mouth, nose, and eyes, please rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Notice:
This product belongs to the environmental product, but does not exclude individuals having allergic phenomenon, so we recommend you to use rubber gloves and masks when operating. If the skin contacts with the agent immodestly, please use soap water to clean.If the product drops into the eyes, please use water to wash immediately. If the condition is more severe , we suggest seeing a doctor immediately.
