主要用于铝合金幕墙料。窗料的切割下料，亦可用于塑料型材的切割下料，使用硬质合金锯片，外径φ500mm，线速高度，加工精度高。机床工作时，两锯头锯片可同时进行切割。锯头可摆成90°-45毒的需要角度，应为更适合铝门窗、铝幕墙料的切割。
