进口车辆用于展示或者参赛用，如何更方便的进口呢？
对于暂时进口用于展示或者参赛的汽车，国家一般要求其有以下的资质
1、要有展览会或者比赛方的邀请函，证明这辆车确实是用于参展或者参赛，不会用于销售。
2、参展方或参赛方要有ATA单证。
3、作为暂时进出口方式进口的汽车，如果想要留在国内使用不退回出口国，参展方需要将车退到保税区重新办理进口手续呢
For cars temporarily imported for display or competition, the state generally requires that they have the following qualifications
1. There must be an invitation letter from the exhibition or the competition to prove that the car is indeed used for participation or participation and will not be used for sales.
2. The exhibitor or participant must have ATA documents.
3. If a car imported as a temporary import/export method is not returned to the exporting country if it is to remain in domestic use, the exhibitor will need to return the car to the bonded area and re-enter the import formalities.
A、进口阶段：
准备进口资料→→申请安排海运至国内港→→办理项目审批→→同时办理报关单证（测试协议、情况说明、保证函等）→→货物抵达进口港，安排商检查货→→出通关单报关、审价、出保证金、缴保证金→→海关现场查验核对→→提货放行→→配送至厂家→→国内商检调离→→整套进口操作结束。

B、退运阶段：
准备出口资料（包括进口手续以及测试项目资料）→→申请三级审批→→出口报检→→出口报关→→出口商检查验→→出口海关查验→→海运订舱→→申请保证金退还项目（其中保证金六十分之冲税金）→→发往进口国

科研测试车辆国外需提供资料：
1、汽车照片、车窗纸（车辆配置清单）、车架号（VIN代码）、原产国、轮毂尺寸、发动机号、轴距、颜色、货值、数量、技术说明书
2、装箱单、商业发票、贸易合同、海运提单、汽车原厂和引进企业来往邮件、研究测试协议。
科研测试车辆国内需提供资料：
企业内部科研车辆：营业执照（含有进出口权、汽车科研等经营范围）.组织机构代码、保证函、测试项目委托书等、报关报检委托书、报关报检10位代码、A4盖章纸15张、情况说明资料（列举测试项目、测试周期、测试路段等基本要求）

法规一：中华人民共和国海关总署公告2008年第12号
根据《中华人民共和国海关暂时进出境货物管理办法》，现就暂时进境测试车辆监管有关事宜公告如下：
一、测试用暂时进境车辆，按照国家相关规定实施必检项目的，如不能在6个月内复运出境，货物收发货人或其代理人应当向暂时进境核准地海关提出延期申请，并提交车辆测试部门出具的相关证明，经直属海关审核同意后，可以延期。在18个月延长期届满后仍需要延期的，由主管地直属海关报海关总署审批；对于非国家相关主管部门规定实施必检项目的暂时进境车辆，不能申请延期，期满必须复运出境。
二、国内客户定制的车辆，在完成国家有关部门规定必检项目测试后，如需进口，货物收发货人或其代理人应当向暂时进境申请核准地海关申请办理进口手续，并提交相关定制合同、发票及进口许可证件等单证和证明文件，经暂时进境核准地直属海关审批同意后，转关至国家指定整车进口口岸办理进口手续。
三、暂时进境测试用车辆的其他有关监管事宜仍按照《海关总署关于暂时进出境货物监管有关问题的公告》（2007年第48号公告）执行。
