彩石金属瓦圆弧瓦（七波型）

彩石金属瓦的结构

镀铝锌钢板是由55%铝，43.4%锌和1.6%硅组成的电镀液经电镀而成的，其加工性、涂装性与镀锌钢板基本相同。

镀铝锌上面为耐指纹涂层，耐指纹涂层起到保护镀铝锌层的作用，同时耐指纹涂层能使镀铝锌钢板与彩色砂粒进行更好粘结，耐指纹涂层的颜色分为无色透明和淡绿色。

彩石金属瓦的工艺

彩色砂粒是圆孤瓦的装饰层及基层保护层，它是由一定粒径的玄武岩颗粒经高科技着色工艺和高温烧结而成的。具有十多种颜色，可耐紫外线照射，能降低雨水给金属瓦造成的噪音。

丙烯酸树脂为粘合钢板与彩砂的关键材料，同时也作为采砂表面的保护层，防止细部雨水渗漏，能延长砂粒色彩的寿命。
