一、 所需资料：Documents Required
1、外国（地区）企业住所证明和存续2年以上的合法营业证明Foreign company's certificate of business place， registered certificate ，business license which show your company had opened more than 2 years and still running,didn't cancel the registration；
2、外国（地区）企业的章程或者组织协议Articles/ Organization Agreement；
3、外国（地区）企业出具的对有权签字人的授权或证明文件Foreign company's signature permission letter by director；
4、外国（地区）企业出具的首席代表、代表的任命文件及其身份证明Foreign company appointment documents original and passport copy of the representatives；
5、同外国（地区）企业有业务往来的金融机构出具的资信证明Foreign company bank letter（by company account bank，with your company name on it,and certify that your account have a good standing）；
6、首席代表、代表的简历及大一寸彩照各4张Four recent passport sized photos /the curriculum vitae of the representatives；
7、代表机构的租赁合同原件2份；产权证明：房产证复印件、业主身份证复印件加签名或出租方执照副本复印件加盖公章）2 pieces of office lease contracts/copy of the real estate/ID copy or business license copy of the office owner；
8、申请表格，由我司提供给有权签字人及各代表签字Application forms provided by us，should be signed by the foreign company directors，and the representatives of GuangZhou office ；
注：以上第1至5项的文件应经外国企业所属国家或地区公证机关及其有权机构认证，并经中华人民共和国驻该国（或代管该地区）使领馆认证Documents From the first to the fifth should be notarized by local law firm and embassy or consulate of China ；in duplicate；
二、办理时间Time：约30~40个工作日About 30~40workdays。
