百年难得一遇—大清瑞兽龙纹熏炉
香熏炉又称为精油炉、香精炉、香熏炉、熏香炉等，它的作用有四种。其一，用于祭祀神佛和祖先，给人一种清香、宁静、肃穆之感。其二，文人读书、写字时烧香使空气芬芳，起到提神醒脑的作用。其三，熏香衣服，增加舒适感。其四，作为文玩欣赏，供文房摆设。香熏炉有着完美的造型，不仅仅是香熏产品，更是一种工艺品。香熏炉自古就是文人雅士赏玩物之一，爱者对其更是爱不释手。
此件大清龙纹熏炉是清朝时期铜熏炉的典型代表，用多次精炼黄铜制成，铜质细腻，皮壳圆润靓丽，比重大，密度高，凝重含蓄，大气不凡。比例协调，造形流畅。器型虽小，压手和下沉感却十分明显。炉盖上那昂首长啸、蓄势待发的龙，充满力度和飞翼之感，灵性之气充溢全炉。炉身相连处左为神龟，右为双龙戏珠，瑞兽动态传神，细部刻画精致古朴，寓意极好。炉足为龙爪。色彩沉着莹润，包浆厚泽。综观整个宝炉，外形奇特，制式大气而不简单、古拙而不粗陋、空灵而不空洞。为清代庙宇、宗祠、殿堂置于室内的重要礼器，当重大祭祀活动举行时，它庄重地矗立在显赫位置，缕缕青烟从炉盖上的龙马高昂头部张开的嘴中徐徐吐出，烟气祥雾缭绕空中，神秘而又庄严。是我国古代香炉发展中比较少见的，极富研究收藏价值。
香炉器物虽不大，却符合“小器大做”的原则。看上去大气高贵，古意盎然，拿在手中把玩，赏心悦目。
