FDA已公布医疗器械企业FDA注册2019年企业年费USD 4884，在2018年9月份之前，按医疗器械企业FDA注册还没续费的企业有效期从10月1号-12月31日失效。需要更新FDA注册及续费的客户请联系蔡先生!更新后有效期到2019年9月30日另有3个月延期续费周期。
The Fees for Fiscal Yearctoberthrough Septemberare as follows:
- For small businesses with an approved SBD.
- Note: all types of 510(k)s (Traditional, Abbreviated, and Special) are subject to the user fee. However, there is no user fee for 510(k)s submitted to the FDA on behalf of an FDA-accredited third- reviewer.
Small businesses with an approved SBD with gross receipts or sales of $30 million or less are eligible to have the fee waived on their first PMA, PDP, PMR, or BLA.
Annual Establishment Registration Fee: $4,884
There are no waivers or reductions for small establishments, businesses, or groups – all establishments must pay the establishment registration fee.
