此瓶为撇口，短颈，隆肩向下缓收至足，足微撇。白釉底色，釉色洁白滋润，略含青，玉质感强，青花纹饰布满瓶身。从上到下三层纹饰，用线条分割，肩部为如意纹垂肩，第二层折枝花卉瓜果纹，第三层典型明代焦叶纹，青花发色浓翠，鲜亮，铁锈斑明显，放大镜下看，仿佛靛蓝的天空里银灰色星星闪烁。瓶口白釉自然分化脱落，许多部位有晕散，这是年代久远产生的自然特征。糙底，铁质像麻子散落在底部，放大镜下能见到部分铁质呈烧焦状铁锈斑明显，是典型的明永宣青花瓷特征，收藏价值极高。
