细的资料，并且客户是要拥有进出口权或者找一家有进出口权的代理公司操作。

3、采购合同、Invoice
4、产品申报要素说明

在这之后，海关总署于3月26日又发布通知称，中国撤销了第二家加企——威特发公司（Viterra）向中国出口油菜籽的许可证。
针对此举，加拿大广播公司（CBC）报道声称，这是“中方向加方施压”，对加拿大油菜籽出口造成重大打击等。而对此我外交部早前已表态称，中国政府做出上述决定当然是有根有据的。
