阿联酋UAE和沙特阿拉伯KSA的VAT注册资料清单
1、需要提供的公司文件
A qualified accountant statement, duly notarised confirming that client company is in financial good heath so with no past or pending legal (criminal or civil) law suit or bankruptcy issues pending. （由会计师出具的“公司”无犯罪无破产清算记录证明）。
A qualified solicitor statement, duly notarised confirming shareholders of the company are active individual with sound financial position and no past or pending legal (criminal or civil) law suit or bankruptcy issues pending （由律师出具的“法人”无犯罪无破产清算记录证明）。
中国公司：营业执照（三证合一）。
香港公司：注册证书，商业登记证书,法团成立表格或周年申报表。
美国公司：注册证书， IRS 6166或是EIN（Employer Identification Number）记税务证明，Certificate of Status ，Article of Associatioin，Statement of Information。
签署VAT申请法人代表的全名，护照复印件（如是身，请提供翻译件）。
注：三证合一营业执照需要翻译为英文件加盖上翻译公司章，以证明英文件与原件一致;
2、其它资料
公司主营业务和交易流程的简要介绍。
银行信息(IBAN, BIC, account name, bank name along with bank address)。
过去12个月的营业额；预计12个月的营业额。
3、办理时间： 约2-3周 请注意在注册流程中，税务局可能会要求额外的文件和资料，我们需要按照要求提供。这个过程可能会延长注册时间。
