此枚库平七钱二分银币,银币正面珠圈内镌满汉文“光绪元宝”四字，珠圈外上端镌汉文“四川省造”四字，下端镌汉文“库平七钱二分”六个字，左右两侧各镌一个四花星。银币背面中央镌蟠龙图，上端环镌英文“四川省”，下端环镌英文币值“库平七钱二分”，左右两端各镌一个四花星。四川省造的背龙光绪元宝又称四川龙洋，早铸造于光绪24年（1898年），1899年朝廷下令停铸，1901年重新开铸一直到1908年，铸造量小，值得收藏。在诸多的清龙银元中，四川龙的各种版别算是比较杂乱的，虽然可能当时铸币时因为铸造人技术或知识的欠缺出现了许多方方面面的谬误，导致了多批银元在文字、图案上的差异，形成了不少无规律的版别。
