GACC Access and Compliance Service
1、 对申请企业进行初评，以确定企业是否具备申请 GACC 准入的基本条件，
就企业产品进入中国解答相关法规；
To conduct preliminary evaluation on the enterprise applicant to
determine whether it has the basic conditions for the access and to
explain relevant regulations on the products which enter to China;
2、 依据企业的评估情况，派专家对申请企业进行现场培训及辅导，为企业按照
中国 GACC 准入标准建立管理措施，并对企业进行准入要求培训；
According to the assessment result, to send experts to conduct on-site
training and guidance for the enterprise applicant, and to establish
management procedures in accordance with access standards of GACC, and to undertake the access requirement training;
3、 指导企业通过输出国主管机构提出准入申请；
To guide the enterprise to apply for access through their domestic
management agencies;
4、 指导企业答复中国 GACC 产品问卷，并指导申报，完成准入；
To guide the enterprise to reply to the product questionnaire of China's
GACC ; to guide the application and to complete the access;
5、对拟出口到中国的产品包装、标识、中文标签等进行审核，确保符合中国要
求；
To audit the package, logo and labels in Chinese of the products to be
exported to China to ensure that they meet the requirements of China;
6、解答企业在中国开展的业务涉及到的法律问题，提供法律风险提示；
To answer the legal questions related to the business in China conducted
by enterprises and to prompt the legal risks;
7、解答企业对商标及知识产品在中国的注册及使用法律问题，对国外企业已注
册商标及品牌在中国海关进行知识产权备案保护；
To answer the legal questions on the registration and use of trademarks
and intellectual products in China, and to protect the trademarks and
brands of foreign enterprises registered in China's customs for the record
of intellectual property rights;
8、就国外企业在与国内代理商、销售商及其他企业的合同提出法律修改意见（不
超过 3 份）；
To propose opinions on legal amendments to contracts between foreign
enterprises and domestic agents, distributors and other enterprises (no
more than 3 copies);
9、根据企业委托，就与中国企业的侵权及违约等其他法律问题起草并发出律师
函；
To draft and issue lawyer's letter on other legal issues such as
infringement and breach of contract with Chinese enterprises;
10、解答企业在中国市场活动遇到的其他法律问题。
To answer other legal issues encountered by enterprises in China market.
