中华民国开国纪念币是1911年12月29日经辛亥革命后，光复的17省代表在南京推选孙中山为中华民国临时大总统，民国成立时鼓铸的纪念币。由于此前币制混乱，当时临时政府财政部长陈锦涛，于民国元年3月11日呈文大总统孙中山，鼓铸纪念银币和铜币以整顿币制混乱，银币图案采用大总统孙中山肖像，以后的通用银币再改花纹式样。孙中山令财政部行文，同意鼓铸纪念币，并命令其余的通用银币新花纹，"中间应绘五谷模型，取丰岁足民之义，垂劝农务本之规"，训令财政部速制新模，分令各省造币厂照式鼓铸。铜币分为两个普通版本。一个版本为十文铜币，钱币一面中央图案为“十九星铁血旗”和“五色民国旗”交叉而立，双旗寓意全国一统与民族大团结。圈外上环为“中华民国”四字，下环为“开国纪念币”隶书版字样。钱币背面圈内中央竖写“十文”，两侧有禾穗、连叶纹环绕，纹饰考究，寓意美好。一版本为当制二十文铜币，正面圈内左为十八星旗、右为五色旗，两面国旗相互交叉，上系结带，飘逸洒脱，圈外上环为各省铸造，下环铸钱币文值“当制二十文”隶书字样。钱币背面双对禾穗立于中央，圈外为英文字母。双旗币材质珍贵,艺术价值高,不失为珍藏投资领域的优良藏品。随着珍藏投资热的一直升温,双旗币在钱币市场中极大可能成为珍藏投资领域中的佼佼者。The two-flag commemorative coin introduced the founding commemorative coin of the Republic of China.
