多主轴控制(Multi-spindle control)
CNC除了控制第一个主轴外,还可以控制其它的主轴,最多可控制4个(取决于系统),通常是两个串行主轴和一个模拟主轴。主轴的控制命令S由PMC(梯形图)确定。
33、刚性攻丝(Rigid tapping)
攻丝操作不使用浮动卡头而是由主轴的回转与攻丝进给轴的同步运行实现。主轴回转一转,攻丝轴的进给量等于丝锥的螺距,这样可提高精度和效率。欲实现刚性攻丝,主轴上必须装有位置编码器(通常是1024脉冲/每转),并要求编制相应的梯形图,设定有关的系统参数。铣床,车床(车削中心)都可实现刚性攻丝。但车床不能像铣床一样实现反攻丝。
34、主轴同步控制(Spindle synchronous control)
该功能可实现两个主轴(串行)的同步运行,除速度同步回转外,还可实现回转相位的同步。利用相位同步,在车床上可用两个主轴夹持一个形状不规则的工件。根据CNC系统的不同,可实现一个轨迹内的两个主轴的同步,也可实现两个轨迹中的两个主轴的同步。接受CNC指令的主轴称为主主轴,跟随主主轴同步回转的称为从主轴。
