第一步：授权GMP生产，封罐包装，新西兰原罐出口
        第二步：获得新西兰食品安全局证书
        第三步：获得新西兰政府颁发的三角标识
        第四步：获得新西兰原产地证书
        第五步：新西兰婴幼儿配方奶粉出口商协会。（NZIFEA）成员。（经确认此条不需要，恶性商业竞争的产物 ）
        第六步：全程恒温安全运输
        第七步：中国海关审核、完税通关。
        第八步：中国商品检验检疫总局出具卫生证书（CIQ证书）。
        第九步：国内奶粉物流中心配送。

Step 4: obtain New Zealand Certificate of origin

Fifth step: New Zealand infant formula Exporters Association. (nzifea) member. (confirmed that this article does not need to be the product of vicious commercial competition)

Step 6: constant temperature and safe transportation

Step 7: China Customs examination, customs clearance.

Step 8: the General Administration of commodity inspection and Quarantine of China shall issue a health certificate (CIQ certificate).

Step 9: domestic milk powder logistics center distribution.
