二、海鲜进口清关的流程：
1、海鲜收发货人备案
2、进口海鲜标签问题：可以选择做标签备案，在国外把标签贴好；也可以选择做标签审核，国内港口贴标签。
3、国外客户海鲜备货，相关单证：原产地证、卫生证、生产日期证明等等。
4、国外客户海鲜发货，海运，到国内港口。
5、换单，国内代理公司到船公司换单。
6、报检，填写相关情况说明，报检公司报检。
7、报关，国内代理公司到海关大厅报关，出模拟税单。
8、客户缴税款，海关查验。
9、动卫检，海鲜放行前商检的一个步骤，商检对海鲜标签进行审核，审核通过则可以放行；审核不过，托送到整改仓库进行标签整改，重新张贴，再审核，通过放行。
10、海关出放行通知，国内客户通知车队提货。
三、进口冷冻海鲜前首先需要确认是否准入，冷冻冰鲜海鲜不是每个产品都是可以进口，中国有准入目录查询，只有在目录里面的海鲜才可以准入到中国市场，海鲜具体以拉丁名为准。
