(7) 原材料清单及原材料的检验测试报告或者证书 List of raw material, and certificates or test reports
(8) 产品爆炸图(标注部件说明) Explosive drawings
(9) 产品执行标准列表 Applied Standards List
(10) 产品型式试验报告（CMA/CNAS资质实验室） Product Type Test Report（Approved by AENOR）
