化妆品进口前期需确认信息

签订协议：进口前签订进口报关运输代理协议、代理进口协议
Signing agreement: signing import declaration transportation agency agreement and import agency agreement before import
海外提货：客户/我司负责提货，及安排国际海/空运至国内指定港口。
Overseas picking up: the customer / our company is responsible for picking up the goods and arranging international sea / air transportation to the designated domestic port.
预审资料：发货前出具国外资料的扫描件给我司进行预先审核，以免出现单证不符合。（货物到港前务必将国外出具的正本资料及国内所需提供的资料提供给我司）
Pre examination data: before delivery, the scanned copy of foreign data shall be issued to our company for pre-examination, so as to avoid non conformity of documents. (before the goods arrive at the port, the original materials issued by foreign countries and the materials required to be provided at home must be provided to our company.)
清关放行：由我司进行清关，海关出具模拟税单，由贵司缴纳税金，海关商检放行，双方结算完成，我司安排送货至指定地点，商检出具入境检验检疫证明。
Customs clearance and release: our company will conduct customs clearance, the customs will issue a simulated tax form, your company will pay taxes, the customs will release the commodity inspection, the settlement of both parties is completed, our company will arrange the delivery to the designated place, and the commodity inspection will issue the entry inspection and quarantine certificate.
企业进口日程测算
预审资料：核对国内外资料及国内资质。确认资料无误后，正本资料需在货物到港前5个工作日邮寄到我司---------1个工作日（左右）
海外服务：我司与国外发货人确认货物信息，安排订舱等工作
我司与国外发货人确认提货时间，安排去工厂提货
海/空运至中国指定口岸。-------3-5个工作日（左右）以实际船期为准
国内申报：1.预申报，货物未到港前，收到舱单信息，我司进行申报工作。
2. 海关出具模拟税单，通知企业进行税金缴纳
3. 货物到达中国指定口岸，进行换单工作。
4. 如不查验，不审价，则海关放行，安排送货工作。--------2-3个工作日（左右）
出具《入境检验检疫证明》：海关出具入境检验检疫证明，如不抽样，出证时间较快----------3-5个工作日（左右）
