物流苗床导轨式移动苗床苗床可以由一组轨道移动到另一组轨道。每组苗床移动轨道安装有两条压缩空气驱动的可升降导轨，当轨道升起以后，苗床可以沿升降轨道移动到种植区导轨上。盘床系统配备一套压缩空气设备，包括：一台螺杆式空压机、一台冷冻式干燥机、一台储气罐、一套gao效精密过滤器、气动管道及气动接头。压缩空气设备为盘床系统的提供动力，通过气缸及机械结构将苗床抬起或者落下，使苗床可以在横向的移动线轨道和纵向的种植区导轨之间切换移动方向。

苗床传送线由多组移动线轨道连接。移动线轨道由铝合金边框、支腿、横梁和安装在边框侧面支撑苗床的滚轮组成。铝合金边框通过铝合金支腿固定在所需的位置，边框之间有铝合金横梁。苗床可以由一组轨道移动到另一组轨道。每组苗床移动轨道安装有两条压缩空气驱动的可升降导轨，当轨道升起以后，苗床可以沿升降轨道移动到种植区导轨上。通过气缸及机械结构将苗床抬起或者落下，使苗床可以在横向的移动线轨道和纵向的种植区导轨之间切换移动方向。
