今年可谓是亚马逊动荡的一年， 在今年，亚马逊也是开始对店铺以及产品的合规提出了各种新的要求。
1. 2021年7月16日起，出口欧盟的产品必须指定欧盟负责人。
2. 2021年9月1日起，出口美国的店铺，单月销售额超过1W美金必须购买亚马逊商业责任险。
3. 2022年1月1日起，出口法国和德国的产品必须获得EPR注册号并填写到亚马逊。
近期，已有部分法国站和德国站卖家收到亚马逊的邮件，要求卖家保证符合EPR要求。邮件内容如下：

什么是EPR？
EPR是欧盟一项政策名为Extended Producer’s Responsibility生产者责任延伸制度的缩写。在欧盟，大多数产品消费后废物的收集和回收，通过生产者责任延伸（EPR）制度进行管理。生产者必须通过支付“生态贡献”费用来确保其的产品在使用寿命结束时产生的废物的管理责任和义务。
什么是 EPR 商品分类？
以下是适用于 [法国和德国] 生产者延伸责任义务范围内的商品分类，对于这些商品，您需要向亚马逊提供生产者延伸责任注册号。德国有三类，法国有7类。
EPR和WEEE，包装法，电池法有什么关系？
EPR其实是一项管理制度框架，被很多立法实践，但是EPR并不是一项法规的名称。所谓的欧盟WEEE指令和德国电器法，包装法，电池法其实都相当于这项制度的在欧盟和德国的立法实践。由此来看，德国WEEE，德国包装法，电池法都属于EPR的范畴。
卖家需要做什么来应对这个政策？
自 2022 年起，如果您要在法国和/或德国销售商品，亚马逊将有义务确认您在销售商品所在的国家/地区是否符合生产者责任延伸 (EPR) 的要求。因此，亚马逊将会收集并验证您的 EPR 注册号。亚马逊将会在 2021 年第四季度分享用于上传 EPR 注册号的链接。
上传 EPR 注册号应该注意哪些事项？
1.不同的EPR商品分类有单独的注册号。
2.德国可以以下注册号可作为您符合要求的证明：
包装： Registrierungsnummer
电气和电子设备： WEEE-Reg.-Nr.DE
电池： Batt-Reg. -Nr.DE2
3.法国将来会将不同商品分类统一一个UIN(“Identifiant Unique”)，但目前还未统一。
