TELEC认证范围 无线产品
《无线电法》要求，对指定的无线电设备进行型号核准（即技术法规符合性认证）。认证是强制性的，认证机构为MIC在指定无线电设备范围认可的注册认证机构。TELEC（Telecom Engineering Center）是日本无线电设备符合性认证的主要的注册认证机构。
日本TELEC认证的申请流程：
1，与立讯公司签订认证合同，并支付50%认证订金
2，提供测试样机，申请表，认证资料到立讯公司
3，立讯公司开始测试，并出具测试报告，递交RCB机构申请
4，审核完毕，签发证书，付清尾款，由立讯公司寄出证书，案件完成。
TELEC是日本针对无线产品的强制性认证，有些类似于国内的SRRC。其遵循的是日本的电波法
对于电信终端设备的符合性认证分两种情况：对于普通电话装置，只要按电信事业法要求进行JATE认证；对于无线的终端设备，除了需要按电信事业法要求进行JATE认证外，还需要按无线电法要求进行TELEC认证。
无线通信设备TELEC 认证需要提交的资料：

Telec 认证流程：
-
客户：递交申请表到实验室，准备样品，签订合同并支付预付款。
（2）lcs立讯检测实验室：测试并出报告，初步审核资料，时间：2周。
（3）phoenix总部最终审核、发证，客户支付尾款。时间：1周。

1. 整机原理图（System block diagram ）
2. 整机方框图（System schematic ）
3. 使用说明书（user manual）
4. 操作说明（operational description）
5. BOM表
6. 模块原理图（module schematic ）
7. 模块方框图（module block diagram ）
8. 模块规格书（module specification）
9. 工厂ISO9001证书（ISO 9001 certificate of manufacturer）
10.label以及位置图（label location and label sample Drawing or photos）
11.天线规格书（antenna specification）：包括天线名称、天线形式，天线最
大增益、天线量测图、天线外观以及尺寸图.

WiFi和Bluetooth产品其的测试项目基本上与欧标的EN300 328类似.
其中2.4GHz WiFi产品（802.11b/g，2412~2472 MHz）和Bluetooth产品使用的标准为MIC Notice No.88 Annex43，但是对于2.4GHz WiFi产品的14信道（Channel 14：2471 ~ 2497MHz）则需要单独使用Annex44进行测试和出具报告。
对于5GHz WiFi产品（802.11a，5180~5320MHz，W52 Band和W53 Band）遵循的测试标准为Annex45，但是需要注意的是，资料显示，MIC近期将会修改Annex45，将5.6GHz设备（Band W56）也归入Annex45，并且对Band 56频段有更加严格的DFS测试要求。
所有上面的规范都回回溯至Annex 1，所以在参阅上述标准时也需要注意Annex 1中的内容。

LCS立讯检测已经通过TELEC的审核与发证机构（RCB，有点类似于欧盟的Notify Body）的实验室审核，可以帮助客户完成TELEC的相关测试项目，并且出具有效的报告。帮助客户提交申请资料与报告至RCB，完成审核，并且取得证书。
