化妆品出口都需要做SDS报告的，
一般化妆品有：洁面乳，爽肤水，精华液，面膜，乳液，面霜，、眼霜等
SDS以前的叫法MSDS，SDS实际上是一份全面的技术性说明书，侧重于危害提示和安全操作指引，主要包含如下16项内容：

Section 2：Information on Hazardous Ingredients——成分信息
Section 3：Hazard identification——危害识别信息
Section 4：First Aid Measures——急救措施
Section 5：Fire Fighting Measures——消防措施

Section 7：Handling and Storage——操作处置与储存
Section 8：Exposure Control/Personal Protection——接触控制与个体防护
