- Filled application form for granting an allgemeine bauaufsichtliche Zulassung. Please send it by post because we need the original with your stamp and signature.
- Technical information about the product qualities you want apply for. We need to know the related designs, colours, surface structure ect. In addition we need to know if you want to have an approval for one quality or for a group of qualities with analogue chemical composition. If your products are heterogenous PVC-floorings we need information about the layer assembling.
- Information about the mass per unit area and thickness of the flooring/floorings
- The complete chemical composition of the flooring/floorings, please use our material data sheet, furthermore information about the thickness and chemical composition of the UV-coating (if relevant). Please note that we need the chemical composition of all layers separately if you apply for heterogenous PVC-floorings.
- Safety data sheets of all raw materials, preferably referred to Regulation (EC) No (REACH) and Regulation (EC) No (CLP)
- CE – conformity declaration according DIN EN 14041
- There is a test report of an emission test (VOC/SVOC) according the DIBt approval guideline necessary (incl. filled ADAM-file). Please find attached a list of labatories. If you apply for a group of products the decision which quality has to be tested is only possible after receiving all information about your product family. You have to coordinate the selection with dibt.
