铜基喷焊合金，是在铜基体中加入B、Si、Ni、Mn、Al、Fe、P等合金元素制成的，具有良好的导热，导电性和耐蚀性，摩擦系数低，耐粘着摩擦磨损性能优良，易切削，光洁度高。但由于应用面不宽所以铜基粉末品种比较少，下面介绍我公司生产的铜合金粉，建议用户在使用前应在120℃保温两小时低温炉内烘烤后使用为宜。
Copper-base sprayed welding alloy is produced by adding B, Si, Ni, Mn, Al, Fe and P into the copper base, which has sound heat conduction or electricity conduction performance, being antirust, with low frictional coefficient and sound adhesive friction wear resistance, easy for cutting and being smooth. For the limited applications, the copper-base alloy powder has comparatively fewer types. The following copper-base alloy powder should be dried in the low-temperature stove under 120℃ for two hours before useing.
