Discharge battery at 0.2C to 3.0V at 20±5℃, put battery at fume hood, then connect two poles of battery with direct current, adjust output current to 3C and voltage to 10V, continuously charge for 7 hours or battery voltage no longer increase. 在20±5℃的环境温度下,先将电池以0.2C放电至3.0V。然后将电池置于通风橱中,连接电池正负极于直流电源,调节电源输出电流为3C,电压为10V,持续充电7h或电池电压不再增大。 |

Test battery at 20±5℃ and 55±5℃, put battery joining thermocouple (contact of thermocouple fixed on center surface of battery) into fume hood and high temperature oven, short circuit battery at 55±5℃ and remain 1.5~2h at the temperature. Make battery short circuit, total impedance no more than 100mΩ till battery load voltage less than 0.1V and surface temperature are recovered to no more than 10℃, test end. 试验应分别在20±5℃和55±5℃的环境温度下进行。将接有热电偶的电池(热电偶的触点固定在电池大表面的中心部位)分别置于通风橱和高温箱中(进行55±5℃的短路电池应先在次温度下保持1.5~2h),短路其正负极,线路总电阻不大于100mΩ,直到电池负载电压小于0.1V,并且电池表面温度恢复至不高于环境温度10℃时,结束试验。 |

Test battery at 20±5℃ and 55±5℃, put battery joining thermocouple( fix contact of thermocouple fixed on center surface of battery) into fume hood and puncture battery with a antirust steel needle of diameter 3m and 20mm~40mm/s speed and keep 1min. 标准充电后,在20±5℃的环境温度下,将接有热电偶的电池(热电偶的触点固定在电池表面的中心部位)置于通风橱中,用直径3mm的无锈蚀钢针以20mm~40mm/s的速度刺穿电池表面的中心位置,并保持1min。 |

After standard charging, put battery onto platform and locate Φ15.8mm iron bar on center of battery which is parallel to vertical axis of iron bar, drop freely 9.1kg heavy thing from 610mm onto iron bar.标准充电后,将电池放置于一平面上,将一Φ15.8mm的钢柱置于电池中心,钢柱的纵轴平行于平面,让质量9.1kg的重物从610mm高度自由落到钢柱上。 |
