1. Contact Sensor PCS-100 with Needle Assembly
接触式传感器/探头PCS-100以及探针配套装置
Contact sensor PCS-100
l Rotation angle can be set and/or changed flexibly CW or CCW, in the range of 5° to 175°.
可通过设置或者更改旋转方向来调整旋转角度，调整范围为5°到175°.
Setting CW or CCW on the control unit depends on where the sensor/needle is set, and which one could achieve the nearest contact to the tool.
在控制器上操作，并据传感器探针的位置和就近被测工具的原则来调整旋转方向
l Contact pressure of needle (speed of needle swing) can be changed in 3 steps by the switch of control unit. The lowest swing speed is ideal for the small dia. of tools. Up to about 0.4mm dia. of tools can be detected.
只需要三步即可在控制器上调整探针的接触压力（探针旋转速度），旋转速度适合测小尺寸的被测工具，最小测量工具尺寸为0.4mm。
l Swing speed of the needle can be selected in several steps. It can help to minimize the cycle time of machining.
探针旋转速度只需要遵循几个步骤操作即可进行选择，这样能有效地缩短机器加工周期

If a tool is detected, OK relay outputs a momentary or latch signal. Green LED illuminates.

FAULT output
When a broken tool condition is detected, FAULT relay outputs a momentary or latch signal Red LED illuminates.
当检测到破损件时，瞬间发出一个故障信号，红色LED灯亮起
