CE介绍

Introduction of CE

CE是法语Conformité Européenne (欧洲合格评定)的缩写。为了保护消费者的安全和促进欧盟内部成员国之间的贸易往来,欧盟标准委员会对各类产品制定了相关指令，要求在欧盟市场流通的产品须贴有CE标识，满足产品最基本的技术规范和安全性要求。

'CE' is the abbreviation of French phrase “Conformité Européenne“. To protect the safety of consumer and expand trading market among the members of European Community, the European Committee for Standardization has set up varied of national directives applied to different products. As required by the directives, all products placed in the market must bear “CE” mark, proving their conformity to the basic intended use.

建筑材料EEC指令

EEC是欧盟针对建筑产品所制定的指令，要求包括：1）机械及稳定性能，2）防火性能，3）环保及环境健康，4）使用安全性能，5）隔音和节能。对于申请CE标志的制造商，需要进行产品初始性型式检测（ITT），产品生产过程质量控制（FPC），并准备一致性声明文件,保证产品符合CPD的具体标准要求。方可在产品上贴上CE标志。2003年以后，石材和陶瓷砖等建筑产品已经陆续要求强制执行CE标志要求。

The construction productive directive (CPD) EEC

Directive EEC ”Construction products”(CPD) is applicable In the building filed, as required by European Community, properties of construction products should satisfy the following essential requirements:1) mechanical resistance and stability;2)safety in case of fire;3)hygiene, health and the environments; 4)safety in use;5)protection against noise and energy economy. Construction products bearing CE mark should be accompanied by the declaration of conformity. The declaration must be based on the results of initial type-testing of the product and factory production control. Since 2003, CE mark has come into force for stone and ceramic products, according to the European regulations.

适用范围：依据CEN/CENELEC适用于欧盟内的奥地利，比利时，捷克，丹麦，德国，英国，法国等27个国家和地区。
