进口清关操作流程：
1.货物海上漂的时候，办理好收发货人备案、中文标签以及国外单证
货物到港后，换取小提单（换单）
3.报检（报检过程需要审核中文标签是否符合国家规定，同时备案标签）
4.报关（海关电子审单、人工审单、海关审价、缴税、查验、放行）
5.将货物运至商检监管仓库，拆箱后，预约商检局抽样化验。
6.抽样化验合格后，贴上中文标签（仓库人员贴）
7.商检局人员检查标签无误，放行
8.将货物送到您的指定地点
9.商检部门出卫生证，即可进超市销售
