滚道沟槽形状设计
HTSD-LG型滚动直线导轨副滚动沟槽与单圆弧和双圆弧导轨副沟道相比(如下图所示),具有独特的类双圆弧形状设计。导轨副承受中、轻型载荷时处于单圆弧接触状态,承受重载荷时处于双圆弧接触状态,兼具二者之优点,具有较好的静刚度、摩擦力特性、预加载荷、误差均化能力等性能指标。
