在当地,人们称猪砂为“猪神砂”,泡酒、煮饭食用后,有压惊、安神的作用。
牛黄狗宝很多人都知道,而猪肚中现名贵猪砂,不少人头一回听说。近日,泉州一养殖户杀猪后从猪胃里取出一个毛茸茸的怪蛋,有人称这个怪蛋很有可能是名贵的猪砂,价值很高。经过专家鉴定,这个怪蛋并非“猪宝”,而是一团无法消化的猪毛,而民间所谓的“猪宝”、“猪砂”,其实是猪结石,无药用价值。
武枝介绍,他家里养了一二十头猪。这头母猪四五年前开始饲养,和其他猪吃一样的饲料,到今年已经有四五百斤。本来,它基本每年都会生产出一两窝猪仔,产仔率比较高,最多的一窝产出一二十只。今年初,它生产出一窝后,就不再产仔了。最近,他发现这头母猪与其他猪相比,有明显的挑食、厌食状况。平时吃完食后,别的猪都趴在猪圈里睡大觉,但是这头猪却总是“闹圈”,东拱西拱就是不睡觉。他就寻思着杀了,于是在27日下午请了本村的黄师傅帮忙。当时他也在一旁帮忙,就觉得猪肚子里有个硬硬的不知道什么东西,结果豁开个口子,从里面滚出一个浅黄色椭圆状毛茸茸的东西,将众人都吓了一跳。黄武枝说,当时它身上粘了脏东西,差点被扔掉。后来他父亲的朋友来了,猜测说这怪物可能就是名贵中药材“猪砂”。他赶紧拿去清洗干净。
